History
Since1889 formed in late 2004, debuted live that December, and spent 2005 placing early tracks on V.A. compilations. A busy 2006–2008 run followed—mini, singles, a DVD—before the final singles in 2009 and disbandment that summer. Sonically, they sit squarely in loud-kei: tight, metallic riffing, shout-along hooks, and a live-first energy that translates on their DVD and later singles.

Why They’re A Gem
